Dr. Struzik (Owner)
Dr. Struzik is a University of Toronto graduate with six years combined experience in Emergency Medicine and Urgent/Walk-In care. He received his training at Toronto General, Toronto Western hospitals with post graduate training at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Toronto. He also has extensive experience, both clinical and research in Psychiatry and has published extensively in this field. Dr. Struzik is also able to provide care in Polish and Italian languages. |

Dr. Ravi (Owner)
Dr. Ravi is a McGill University graduate, with a varied background of medical care including hospitalist, emergency medicine, and family medicine care in rural northern Quebec setting, providing full comprehensive medical care in all areas of medicine. More recently, he has been providing comprehensive family medicine care in the Malton community. He is also able to provide care in Hindi, Punjabi, French, and Spanish languages. |

Dr Temi completed her family medicine training in the United Kingdom, with a focus on women’s health.
She has gained extensive experience across the spectrum of family medicine and preventative health over her years of practice in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Dr. Rana Botlani Esfahani ABFM
Dr Rana Botlani-Esfahani completed her residency at Atlanta Medical Centre in Atlanta, Georgia. She is American Board Certified in Family Medicine. She is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians and The College of Family Physicians of Canada. She speaks English and Farsi.

Dr Monica Labib completed her family medicine residency at Mercy Health in Toledo, Ohio. She is an American Board Certified Family Physician. Dr. Labib enjoys preventative medicine and developing long term relationships with her patients.

Dr Ifrah Shah
Dr. Shah graduated from the University of Toronto Family Medicine residency in 2021 after completing her ungraduate medical education from McMaster University. Prior to entering medicine, she had a career in the public sector in strategic planning and quality improvement. She also holds a Master of Biotechnology and Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, as well as a fellowship from the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement. Dr. Shah practices full breadth family medicine with a special clinical interest in care of the elderly and mental health.

Dr Saheed Olamide Agbomeji
Dr Ola completed his Family Medicine residency in the United Kingdom and did a post residency fellowship in elderly care and frailty.

Michael Muzzo (Pharmacist)
Michael obtained his degree in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. He has over 20 years experience in community pharmacy and brings a wealth of knowledge to Innovation Medical Centre. He has extra training in several disease states and can provide helpful opinions to physicians on appropriate prescribing for Diabetes (both type 1 and 2), Arthritis and Osteoporosis, Hypertension and Heart Disease, Asthma and COPD, and Psychiatric disorders. He has over 10 years experience working with the Canadian Mental Health Association (Toronto branch of Metro West Act Team and Early Intervention Team) helping psychiatric patients stay compliant to their treatment regimens. He can train and help patients interpret results for many medical devices including glucometres, peak flow metres for asthma, and INR testing devices for blood thinning. He is a certified immunizer by the Ontario College of Pharmacists for influenza vaccine and is certified by the Canadian Red Cross for First Aid and CPR. Michael also has extensive experience in billing prescriptions, devices, and aids for daily living to many insurance providers and adjudicators, including the WSIB. He strongly believes in enpowering his patients with knowledge and explaining the rationale for drug therapy to help increase compliance and, in turn, achieve positive health outcomes. |
